Nice hotel with its private beach, saltwater pool, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff helped me retrieve my forgotten earpods, which I appreciated. I can't wait to return!

Booked the hotel for its lovely location really close to the whole country Egypt as well as italian and oriental restaurants.

Cheerful and clean place with really kind and cordial staff from senior management. Brilliant location in the local area, short walk to Egypt of a lower star rating and Hurghada on 4th March. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Arrival Piazza Elegant Plaza. Quick check-in, parking on site...

Really good Staff and Beautiful Grounds
The buffet was extensive with well-prepared meals across all meals, and the beach was perfect for snorkeling. The hotel's ambiance was serene, and the gardens and pools were well-maintained. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent and could use improvement.

Very quiet , clean , nice pools , efficient staff , above other hotels in Hurghada .
Impossible to appreciate sea bath or to swim in the sea , too many rocks just near the beach , but of course the hotel can do nothing to change this , it's impossible to destroy corals ! Customers just have to kwow before coming that they can only walk on the sandy beach , not bath in the sea .

Staff superb, immaculately clean. Chilled atmosphere. Food very good, wine acceptable.
A small group of russian guests with very bad manners and very bad attitude. Lots of guests complained. Upon leaving the hotel management were trying to move them to another hotel.

The hotel is excellent. Reception is enormous and sparkles when you enter. Rooms are large and when booking make sure you request a sea viw as lots of the rooms do not and face out to the deset or the building site that is Sahl Hasheesh. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, even to the point that at 11:00 each day they come out and polish your glasses. As with all Egyptian hotel drinks are a bit hit and nix with spirits generally not that great, if you can go the extra pound upgrade to the Deluxe rooms that get you entrance into a private bar with named drinks. There was plentiful variety of food to choose with always 2or 3 options of food prepared at a cooking station. The pool area was fantastic, there is several diffent types of loungers from 1 person to 6 person cabana, all covered wit thick mattesses and pillows. All in all a very enjoyable stay
The hotel is currenlty very isolated. The beach is not golden sand and anyone wishing to snorkel of the beach will be disappointed as during our stay the tide was out and not very many fish present. The A-LA Carte Indian?sushi restaurant was not very good, especially seeing as you have to pay extra to use it. ALSO it now costs £13 / 15 Euros to buy a Visa at the airport

Fine gardens and attentive staff.
I was appalled by the lack of access to all restaurants . Only being allowed to visit three out of five for an all-inclusive package is unacceptable! The bar was underwhelming, and the check-in experience was a nightmare. They attempted to force a room change that I did not want, wasting over an hour of my vacation!

Spotlessly clean and relaxing hotel with magnificent view over the mountains and the sea. Excellent and absolutely perfect location in the truly relaxing area, near to approximately 165 yards as well as Japenese restaurant. Top-class, caring staff with smiling face.

The staff are friendly and hard-working, yet look a bit too tired of long shifts, esp. In the restaurant. Food is generally of an ok quality, the choise is ok.
Cockroaches in the room. Bad noise insulation and the general quality of the building and fixtures. Too far from the city. Pollutted sea. Littered surroundings. Missing price tags in the shops, which leaves an impression of attempts to make advantage of tourists.

I enjoyed my stay, especially when the staff remembered my drink order every time at the bar. The pools were enjoyable, and I appreciated the comfortable sun loungers. The experience was nice with the sunset view from my room where I could unwind after each day.
The internet connection needed improvement, and the gym equipment appeared outdated. Dining options could offer more variety in desserts.

The private beach was perfect for sunbathing and beach volleyball, while the bar was great for refreshing drinks. The staff were super attentive and friendly. Dinner at the a la carte restaurants was delicious! Just remember to reserve sunbeds early.
We encountered a bit of a hassle with the sunbed scramble each morning, quite unexpected. It made getting a good spot by the pool a challenge.
